LVRacingScene is an online publication that showcases the local racing community. The site was originally established by Jay Lintao in 2001. But with the site only attracting infrequent visitors due to limited exposure, the site did not take off as planned.

In 2003, LVRacingScene was redesigned with scalability in mind by the newly appointed Director of Technology Chris Solano. The site was re-launched with more enriched content, extensive event coverage, and an online community that was increasing in popularity. In late 2003, LVRacingScene merged with SpeedLV to unify the two local online communities into one. Around the same time, the site added a new video section which featured groundbreaking footage from local racing events. These changes were highly recognized and the site traffic immediately skyrocketted. As a result of the boom, it was essential for the site to be moved off our local servers and onto a remote server farm that was able to accommodate the traffic and bandwidth we were producing.

LVRacingScene has kept to the same vision and direction it has had since it's conception and our goal is to continue to provide you with updated content and multimedia to meet your entertainment needs.
